1 lb Ground round, lean hamburger
1 Med Onion
1 Med Bell Pepper
1 15 oz can Butter beans
1 Bag Frito's, crushed
1/2 C Cheddar cheese, grated
1 15 oz can Kidney beans, dark red
1/4 C Vinegar
1 t Mustard, dry
1 C Catsup
1/4 C Brown sugar
1 t Chili powder, adjust to taste
Salt/Pepper

Directions:

Brown the ground meat.

Chop the onions and the bell pepper and add to the browned meat.

Put the mixture into a casserole dish. Drain the beans and mix with the meat in the dish.

Using the same pan the meat was cooked in , mix sauce ingredients: vinegar, dry mustard, catsup, brown sugar, chilip powder, salt and pepper. Heat sauce to boiling.

Pour the sauce over the mixture in the dish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven and spread the Fritos over the mixture. Then spread cheese over this.

Return to oven for 10 minutes more.
