2 lbs Round steak, 1/2 " thick
1/4 t Garlic salt
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 Med Onion, thinly sliced
3-4 Potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 1/2 C Beef broth
1 Can Green beans
1 Can Tomato soup
1 Can Tomatoes
1 Can Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Season steak lightly with garlic salt, salt and pepper.

Cut into serving pieces and place in crockpot with sliced onion which has been seperated into rings.

Add potatoes, green beans and corn.

Top with tomatoes and tomato soup.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Remove the cover during last half hour if too much liquid.
