Make any of these or make up your own:

Italian:
1t Italian seasoning
3/4 C Spaghetti sauce
3/4 C Mozzarella cheese

Mexican
2 t Chili powder
3/4 C Salsa
3/4 C Mexican Cheese, shredded

Mediteranan
1 t Oregano
3/4 C Red Peppers, roasted
3/4 C Feta cheese

BBQ
1 t Garlic powder
3/4 C BBQ sauce
3/4 C Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make regular meat loaf then press into 12 medium muffing cups sprayed with cooking spray.

Make an indentation in center of each wit back of spoon.

Spoon the add ins evenly into indentations in meat loafs.

Bake 30 min or until meat loaves are cooked through (160º) .

Top evenly with cheese, continue baking 5 min or until cheese is melted.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

This is excellant with mashed potatoes and peas.
