2 pounds beef short ribs
1 -8oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1/2 cup sherry
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Put ribs in baking dish and pour mixture of sauce over and bake
covered with foil for 1 1/2 hours at 350. Then open foil.
Take off fat and bake 1/2 hour longer.
