1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons sherry
1 -8oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 jar or package of dried beef, chopped fine
1/2 jar pimento stuffed olives, drained and sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Soak minced onion in sherry. Mix rest of ingredients and create
a gentle ball. Serve with a nice wheat cracker.
