1/4 c sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup softened butter
1 c sour cream
1 c well drained, crushed pineapple
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt


Measure sugar, egg, butter and cream in bowl and beat. Stir
together dry ingredients and blend. Stir the wet & dry mixtures
together. Then, add pineapple and mix. Bake 375 15-20 min.
