2 cups whole rich milk
11 tablespoon cocoa
3/4 c sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, Add sugar that has been mixed with the cocoa and salt. Add cornstarch, dissolved in a little water. Cook and stir until mixture begins to thicken. Add beaten egg yolks and cook for about 1 1/2 - 3 min. Remove from heat, add vanilla and cool about 10 min. Pour into baked pie shell and cool in refrigerator and then top cooled pie with sweetened whipped cream.
