2 pounds of Carots
3/4 C Orange Juice
1/2 C Maple Syrup
1/4 C Orange Marmalade

Directions:
Directions:
Peel carrots and cut todesired size;
Cook carrots by steaming or boing until done.
Mix remaining ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
Heat, stirring often.
Stir in cooked carrots.
Adjust seasonings and consistency.
Serve Hot.
