3/4 c margarine
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 c clour
1/2 c sour cream
1 t baking powder
1 T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine and powdered sugar with mixer until fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, beating just until yellow dissapears
Mis flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat a t low speed until just blended after each addition
Sir in vanilla. :Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted int eh center comes out clean. Bool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Serve with whipped topping.
