1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
pinch nutmeg (opt)
dash powdered sugar (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 9" glass pie plate. (in warming oven)
Mix flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg, batter will be lumpy.
Pour mixture over butter. Bake 20 minutes. or until lightly
browned and puffy. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or maple
syrup.
