2 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. all bran cereal
2 c. shredded wheat (crumbled) cereal
2 c. boiling water

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 quart buttermilk

5 c. whole wheat flour (or all purpose flour)
5 t. soda
1 t. salt

1 bag mini chocolate chips

Soak cereals in 2 c. boiling water. Beat eggs until fluffy, add
and sugar - beat - add buttermilk mix and add cooled cereal
mixture. Add flour mixture and soda and salt. Blend entire
mixture. Add mini chocolate chips. (opt). Fill greased muffin
1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Freeze
or refrigerate
batter for up to 1 month to use as needed.

I freeze these and my kids have 2 ea. morning for breakfast.
They're very high in fiber, Vit b. etc. (29% fat)
