20 slices sandwich bread,
3 c. cooked ham,
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated,
10 oz. Swiss cheese, grated coarsely,
6 eggs, beaten,
3 c. milk,
1/2 tsp. onion salt,
1/2 tsp. dry mustard,
3 c. corn flakes,
1/2 c. butter, melted

Cut crust off of bread and cut slices in half lengthwise. Grease 9"x13"x2" cake pan with butter. Arrange bread on bottom of pan. Sprinkle half of ham on top of bread. On top of ham, sprinkle half of the cheese.

Combine eggs, seasonings and milk. Pour mixture over bread, ham and cheese layers. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.


Crush corn flakes and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over strata.

Bake in 350 oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
