Strawberry Pie Recipe

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 1/2 T. strawberry Jello
2 1/4 c. water
1 tsp. butter
Red food coloring
1 quart strawberries (halved)
1 9" pie shell (baked)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, & jello in pan. Then add water & butter. Cook - stirring until thickened and smooth. Add few drops of food coloring. Cool.

Place the strawberries in the pie shell. Top with gelatin mixture and chill in refrigerator several hours. Top with whipped cream.
