3-4 lb Prime Rib Roast
1-1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1-1/2 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. garlic salt or 1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. dried crushed rosemary
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all the dry ingredients together to make a rub.
Massage dry rub onto the roast. Place the roast fat side up on a rack, in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake uncovered at 350º for 2-2 1/2 hours or until meat reaches desired temperature (145º Rare, 160º Medium, 170º Well done).

When checking the temperature, insert the thermometer half-way down. in the center of the roast, avoid inserting it into fat.
