Pat's Three Step Peach Pie Recipe

Step 1, Crust:
3/4 c. flour
1 TSR. baking powder
1 small box vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 T. butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
Mix & pour into 10" pie pan

Step 2:
1 (16oz.) can sliced peaches (save juice)
Drain & place peaches on batter

Step 3:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. peach juice
Mix until creamy, spoon on top of peaches, leaving 1" rim all around outside.

Mix 1/2 TSR. cinnamon & 1 TSR. sugar together and sprinkle on top.
