4 split chicken breasts (with bone)
2 large onions - sliced
garlic cloves (lots)
vegetable oil
flour
breadcrumbs
garlic salt
onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a baggy, mix 50/50 flour, bread crumbs, glarlic salt and onion powder.
Add 1/2" oil in frying pan, when hot add chopped onions and a couple of cloves of garlic. Coat chicken breasts with flour mixture and add to hot oil, breasts side down - when golden, drain and put in glass dish, add browned onions and garlic and bake 400 for 30 min.
