1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag frozen mixed veggies
1 regrigerator pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
If you are using rotiserrie chicken, shred chicken off the bone. If you are using frozen or fresh chicken, grill or boil chicken until cooked. Chop chicken into bite size pieces.

In a bowl, mix prepared chicken, frozen veggies and soup. Mix until all is well coated.

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place unrolled pie crust on cookie sheet. Pour chicken and veggie mixture onto the center of the pie crust. Leave about a 3 inch boarder around the side. Fold sides up and pinch dough together all the way around the gallette. The center will be open.

Bake at 400º until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes. Slice like a pie and enjoy! :)
