1 1/2 C. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt
1 2/3 C. flour
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 C. water
2 eggs, unbeaten
1/2 C. pumpkin
1/2 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, baking powder, soda, spices, salt and flour, stir well. Add oil, water, eggs, pumpkin & walnuts. Stir until combined and there are no lumps.
Place in greased bread loaf. Bake at 350º for 45 min., check with toothpick to see if done.
