4-6 pork chops
4 large potatoes (sliced)
2 large onions (sliced)
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 cup white wine
Salt and Pepper
1 1/2 cups water
1 bayleaf

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat off pork chops and fry fat in large skillet. Brown onions
in the fat -- remove onions and then brown pork chops, season
with salt and pepper. Place pork chops in bottom of sprayed
casserole dish. Place a layer of potatoes, followed by a layer of
onions and repeat until gone. Add wine and water together and
let bouillon melt in mixture. Pour juices over casserole and place
bayleaf in center. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours -- baste
frequently. Serves 4-6
