1 2 C chopped royal black Greek olives
1/2 C chopped garlic stuffed green olives
1/2 C chopped roasted red peppers
1/2 C chopped sun dried tomatoes
1/4 to 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together with as much of the extra virgin olive oil as you think you want, or use the oil in which the peppers and tomatoes have been packaged.
The tapenade can be served on your favorite cracker or on French baguette rounds which have been coated with EVOO and fresh minced garlic and toasted until a nice golden brown.
