1 Bag of Fresh Cranberries
2 Jalapenos, Seeded
1/2 Cup Cilantro, Just the Leaf Part
1 Bunch Green Onions, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Oil
Juice of 1 Lime
3/4 Cup of Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, chop cranberries, jalapenos, cilantro and onions until chunky. Add oil, lime juice and sugar. Let set overnight in refrigerator and then drain off extra liquid. Can be served as a relish or over cream cheese.
