1 Stick Butter 2 Tablespoons Oil 1 Egg 1/2 Cup Blueberries and Juice 1/2 Cup Buttermilk 2 1/2 Cups Flour 1 Cup Sugar 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Soda 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1 1/2 or 2 Tablespoons Butavan
Mix all ingredients together. Grease and fill muffin tins halfway full with mixture. Cook at 400º for about 15-20 minutes until tops begin to brown.
