2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 generous tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients in blender and blend for 30 seconds
covered. Fill greased and floured muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at
450 degrees for 30 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees
for 10 minutes more.
