1 1/2 cups shortbread or vanilla wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
20 large marshmallows
1/4 cup half and half
1 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons creme de almond
2 tablespoons Amaretto
1 tablespoon creme de cacao
1/4 cups sliced almonds

1. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into an 8-
inch pie pan, coating bottom and sides evenly.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes until crust is set.
3. Combine marshmallows and half-and-half into bowl. Place
over hot water and stir until marshmallows are melted.
4. Whip cream. Fold in creme de almond, Amaretto and
creme de cacao. Fold mixture into marshmallow mixture.
5. Spread into cooled pie shell. Chill for 4 hours or until pie is
set. Sprinkle with almonds.
