Ingredients:  
3 cups flour
1 tsp sat
2 heaping tbsp active dry yeast
1tbsp olive oil (pizza only)
2 cups HOT water but not boiling

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour, salt and 1 cup water in food processor, mix. Put yeast in 1 cup water stir until dissolved add to mixing processor, mix to dough consistency. Put in bowl, cover with saran wrap and a very slightly damp towel.

Put aside for one hour to rise.

Roll out.
