"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous
32 oz frozen hash brown potatoes 12 oz chip dip 2 cups cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick melted margarine Crushed Cool Ranch Doritos (my preference but can subsitute corn flakes or other)
Preheat oven to 350º. Put potatoes in 13 x 9 pan. Mix chip dip, cheddar cheese and soup and half stick of margarine. Pour over top of potatoes. Sprinkle over Dorito crumbs and drizzle remaining butter over top. Bake for about 60 minutes.
