2 Poblano chilies, grilled, peeled, seeded and finely chopped,
1 large dill pickle, finely chopped,
1 small red onion, finely chopped,
¼ c. fresh lime juice,
1 tsp. honey,
¼ tsp. salt,
2 T. cilantro,
¼ T. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours before serving.
