6 oz. package stuffing mix
1 cup hot water
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
16 oz. bag frozen vegetables, thawed and drained.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Sprinkle 1/2 cup dry stuffing on bottom of 13x9 pan. Add hot water to remaining stuffing and stir until moistened. Set aside. Place chicken over dry stuffing. Mix soup, sour cream and vegetables. Spoon over chicken and top with prepared stuffing. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
