1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Deluxe Cake Mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1- 11oz. can of mandarin oranges, with juice
Frosting:
1 large container Cool Whip
1- #2 can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 cup shredded coconut
1- 3 3/4 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix, dry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake with other ingredients for 2 minutes add medium
speed. Do not overbeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
or until done. Use 3- 9inch cake pans, greased and lightly
floured.

In large bowl, put pineapple with juice and stir in dry pudding.
Mix until well blended. Add coconut and fold in cool whip until
well blended. Apply generously to cake. Keep refrigerated.

NOTE: this cake taste best the day after it is made. You can
also prepare in a 9x13 pan and follow additional cooking time
on cake mix box.
