Turkey, butter, herbs of your choice.

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees.

Rub turkey with butter and herbs to cover turkey or turkey breast.
Sprinkle paprika on both sides.
Place in large pan with lid, breast side down
Add 1 cup water and place in oven.
After 1 hour turn oven off.

Do not open oven, leave turkey in oven 4 to 5 hours. You may brown top of turkey under broiler.
