4 c. cubed cooked chicken breast
1 - 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 c. chopped celery
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. mayonnaise
7 1/2 tsp. brown mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. minced garlic or 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

In a large bowl, gently combine the chicken, pineapple, oranges, celery, onions and green peppers. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
