1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
pinch of salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Filling is your choice: Ham Salad, Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in the cup of water. Add salt and flour, stirring well until the mixture makes a ball and turns lose of the pan.

Remove from the heat, let cool for one minute. Add eggs and beat really well until all of the eggs have been blended and the mixture looks like very thick batter.

Drop from teaspoon onto a Pam sprayed cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 15 - 20 minutes until golden ini color.

When shells are cool, take a knife and slit an opening in one side of puff. Fill with one teaspoon of the filling of your choice.

These shells can also be filled with your favorite pudding.
