1 pkg. Duncan Hines Fudge Brownie Mix, Family Style
1 - 10 1/2 oz pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tbsp. butter or margarinie
1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease botoom of 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Prepare and bake brownies following package directions for original recipe. Remove from oven. sprinkle marshmallows on hot brownies. Return to oven. Bake for 3 minutes longer. combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in medium saucepan. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted. Add rice cereal, mix well. Spread mixture over marshmallow layer. Refrigerate until shilled. Cut into bars.
