1 8-oz. can pineapple chunks
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 T. Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. salt
4 cups cooked chicken cooled
1/4 cup celery thinly sliced
2 T. green onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/3 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 tbsp. juice from pineapple with mayonnaise,
mustard, curry powder and salt. Set aside. Cut chicken
into slivers and mix with remaining ingredients. Add
mayonnaise and blend well. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with
lettuce, pineapple slices and green grapes if desired.
