1 pkg yellow or spice cake mix
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 can pumpkin
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 lg. eggs or 1 c. egg substitute
Optional
Raisins, dried cranberries, chopped dates, pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake in Bundt pan, a 9"x13" pan, or 2 9" pans.
Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
Top with sugar-free whipped topping, if desired.
