3 cups medium noodles uncooked
1 can cream of shrimp soup
¾ cup milk
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped celery
1 tbsp chopped green onions
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1-6oz pkg frozen shrimp thawed
¼ cup chow mien noodles cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles and drain. Combine soup, milk, mayonnaise, celery, onion and salt. Mix well, stir in cheese, shrimp, and cooked noodles. Pour into 1 ½ qt casserole and bake uncovered at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes. Then top with chow mien noodles and bake 10 minutes more.
