5 lbs. shrimp, steamed and peeled
1 purple onion, sliced into rings
1 - 31/2 oz. jar nonpareil capers
Chopped parsely for garnish

MARINADE:
1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
11/2 tbs. worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. tabasco sauce
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place shrimp, onion rings and capers in a large, shallow container. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over shrimp. Refrigerate for 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Using a slotted spoon, remove to serving dish. Garnish with parsley.
