2 - 8 oz. Pkgs Cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
18 vanilla wafres
1 - 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 tsp vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and flavorings until thoroughly mixed. Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of muffin cup. Fill cup approx. 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. When cool add 1 tbsp. pie filling on top.

You can make ahead & freeze without pie filling on top.
