IMPORTANT: Do not use a metal spoon or refrigerate. Leave sitting on your countertop.

DAY 1: Do nothing.
DAY 2, 3, 4, 5: Mush bag 2 times per day.
DAY 6: Add 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. milk. Mush bag (may be lumpy).
DAY 7, 8, 9: Mush bag and let air out 2 times per day
DAY 10: Add 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. milk. Stir and pour 4 1 c. starters into gallon sized ziplock bags.

Place the remainder in a bid bowl and add 1 c. oil, 1/2 c. milk, 3 eggs, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix

Add 2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 11/2 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. chopped pecans (optional), and 1 large box vailla instant pudding. Mix well.

Pour into 2 large or 4 small greased and sugared pans (Mix sugar and sinnamon and shake in greased pan to coat the sides of the pan). Sprinkle extra cinnamon and sugar on top. Fill pans 2/3 full. Bake @ 325º for 1 hour.

VARIATIONS: Add apples, nuts, raisins, bananas, berries, dates, pineapple, etc.
