1 medium-sized spaghetti squash,
1 can spaghetti sauce,
1 lb. ground turkey,
1 c. bread crumbs,
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut spaghetti squash in half. Bake cut-side down at 350º for 45 minutes, or microwave for approximately 10 minutes, until tender.

Using a fork, scrape out of shell into dish. There is usually a lot of water in the squash, so it may be necessary to drain.

Turkey Meatballs:

Mix ground turkey together with bread crumbs and egg.

Cover bottom of large frying pan with olive oil. Using an ice cream scoop for uniform size, scoop out turkey and roll into balls. Place into frying pan and cook until all sides of balls are done. Add spaghetti sauce.
