Directions:
Cube 2 chicken breasts and brown them in one tablespoon of garlic wok oil. Then add garlic (8-10 assorted cloves to taste), one large onion diced and one large green pepper chopped.

Add about a ¼ cup of some liquid like fat free vegetable broth or water or wine or even beer. Cook for about 4 minutes until the onion goes clear and the pepper goes soft. After cooked for four minutes, add two small 4 oz cans of chopped green chilies.

Add one packet of your favorite chili seasonings and stir. Then add three cans great northern beans and then add ½ cup of fat free vegetable broth (leaving about ¼ cup of broth for later use). Stir together and then add a shaken mixture of the remaining ¼ cup fat free vegetable broth and three tablespoons of flour.

Stir all together, bring to boil, and then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 25 minutes.
