6 Chicken cutlets- pounded thin
3 granny smith apples (cut small)
small onion (chopped)
1/2 cup bread crumbs (plain or italian)
3 tbsp butter
olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
-In medium skillet melt butter and saute onions and apples until slightly tender

-Mix in bread crumbs

-Remove from heat and let cool

-Lay out pounded cutlet and spoon on 1-2 tbsp pending on size of cutlet

-Roll up cutlets as tight as possible and place in lightly greased baking dish

-Brush on olive oil and season to taste

-Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes pending on size
