Beef roast,
1 yellow onion,
8 to 10 garlic cloves,
Dill weed,
Dill seed

Gravy:
1 can cream of mushroom soup,
2 tsp. browning sauce,
2 T. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Using a slow cooker or crock pot:
• Place 1-1/2 cups to 2 cups water in slow cooker
• Slice one yellow onion into rings and place in water
• Place beef roast on top of onion slices in water
• Select 8-10 cloves of garlic and peel
• Using knife, slice slots into roast and evenly place garlic cloves
• Cover roast with dill weed and then dill seed
• Roast on low all day or night for at least four hours

For gravy:
• Remove meat, drain juice into saucepan (ensuring onions removed)
and heat
• Add can of cream of mushroom soup, two tsp. browning sauce and mixture of two T. corn starch shaken with water
• Heat to boiling and thickness reaches your satisfaction

Side options include: Mashed Potatoes, Rice, Noodles or Toast
