1 Fresh head of Cauliflower

Sauce:
1 T. water,
1/2 c. of real mayonnaise,
2 T. of finely chopped onion,
1 tsp. of prepared mustard,
1/2-3/4 c. of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Cauliflower and remove most of the green leaves of the vegetable. Simmer in a cooking pot of salted water until tender. It takes about 20 minutes.

Mix all sauce ingredients together. You may want to add a little more water. Remove the cauliflower from the stove and drain. Place on serving plate and frost with cheese sauce. Now microwave the cauliflower for about 1 1/2 minutes and serve. May garnish with green onion or parsley flakes.
