Ingredients:  
1 large can sweet potatoes, mashed,
1 c. sugar,
2 eggs, beaten,
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and spread in a baking dish.

Topping:

Melt 1 stick butter or margarine. Add 2 tsp. water, 1 cup brown super, 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans. Pour topping over sweet potato mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
