2 cans cream-style corn,
2/3 c. milk,
2 eggs,
1 1/2 c. grated cheese,
1 1/2 c. grated carrots,
1 1/2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers,
1 chopped onion,
1 stick melted butter or margarine,
1/4 c. chopped green pepper,
Scant 1/2 tsp. Tobasco sauce

Beat eggs. Add milk, corn and stir. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Cook in baking dish at 350 until firm. Approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
