2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
For crust: mix 2 cups flour, 1 cup butter and 1/2 cup
powdered sugar. Put in bottom of 9x13 pan and bake for 20
minutes at 350บ.

For mixture: Beat eggs, add 2 cups sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, 4
tablespoons flour, and baking powder. Pour into cooled crust
and bake for an additional 25 minutes at 350บ. Great
with a powdered sugar frosting.
