1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons shortening
1 package yeast
1/4 cup water
3 cups flour (2 white and 1 whole wheat)

Scald on stove, milk, sugar, salt and shortening. Cool to
lukewarm. Mix yeast with warm water. Mix all together with
flour. Let rise 45 minutes, covered and in warm place. Shape
onto pizza pan and prick crust before baking. Pre-bake crust
without any ingredients for 8 minutes at 400 oven.
