1 cup butter
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
1-4oz. can coconut
1 -7oz. jar marshmallow cream
For Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup canned milk or cream
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl and on medium speed, cream butter and sugar until
fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add
vanilla, flour and cocoa. Blend well and fold in nuts and coconut
at medium speed. Pour in oiled 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at
350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Spread marshmallow cream on
warm cake. Cool. When completely cooled, then ice.
Directions for icing: mix ingredients on medium speed.
