1 # pork sausage
1 # ground beef
2/3 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup milk
1 slightly beaten egg
dash pepper

1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 t mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 t nutmeg

Combine all ingredients. Mold into individual size loaves or 1 loaf and put into shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hour. Glaze the last 30 minutes, if desired.
